Calling out customers to collect dues to achieve set targets while maintaining a good relationship
Maintaining constant communication with customers through varied media to ensure timely collections
Maintaining records of daily call outs and follow up on comments
Constantly seeking for ways to increase revenue through keeping subscriber on active base while avoiding over dues
Checking and authorising documents related to post-pay new connections
Candidate Profile
Should possess a good track record of secondary education
Experience in debt recovery /call center environment will be a definite advantage
A resilient individual with good analytical and communication skills
Computer literacy is a must
A self-motivated individual with the willingness to learn and ability to work for long hours
Should be below the age of 24
