Requirements:
 Male Candidates, Age below 45
 Talented, passionate, knowledge of Food & Beverage and catering experience more than three years covering Sri Lankan/Indian, Chinese and Western cookery
 Self-motivated, high capacity, multi-task, efficient, either independently or with a team
 Overseas exposure will be an added advantage
 Pleasing and Outgoing personality
 Hotel School qualification will be an advantage
 Flexible to the needs of the organization
 Good communication and positive interpersonal skills
 Must be reliable, honest and trustworthy
