Call Center Executive
Job profile
• Be the first point of contact for Etisalat customer inquiries
• Interact with customers in a professional, friendly, efficient and confident manner with empathy with active listening skills
• Provide accurate information to both internal and external inquiries
• Resolving customer queries pertaining to products, services and technical inquiries
• Contribute to achieving individual, team and organizational targets
Candidate Profile
• Successfully completed Ordinary Level and/or Advanced Level examination, or equivalent higher education from a recognized institute
• Ability to work on shift basis (males preferably for evening shifts / females for morning shifts) and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
• Proficient in computer skills with good knowledge of MS office and accurate data entry
• Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala both written and verbal, Tamil will be an added advantage
• Experience in contact center or customer service will be an added advantage
• Demonstrated strong understanding of establishing customers’ needs and providing customer focused solutions
• A team player with positive attitude and passion for customer service
• Should be between the ages of 18 - 25
