Primary Responsibilities:
• Manages travel arrangements for FIT's, corporate travelers, Group tours, assisting with required travel documents. • Maintains and updates travel profiles, as needed. + Assists with visa formalities, filling up forms etc. • Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
• Minimum 02 years' work experience as a travel assistant / executive + Thorough knowledge of reservations and ticketing on AMADEUS GDS system + Diploma in Airline Ticketing & Reservations • G.C.E. 0/L & A/L + Fluency in English & Sinhala compulsory (written & spoken) + Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Office • Experience in the field of Administration & Accounting is preferred
