Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibility: Manage day-to-day activities of the VSC as defined in the function below.
Essential Functions:
• Document scrutiny & collection for visa processing
• Handling customer/applicant queries personally or via email, telephone
• Ensuring all administration & logistics of passport delivery to consulate / applicant /Logistics Company etc.
• Maintain & record all application data
• Handling of cash & bank related transactions if assigned

• Applicant Satisfaction
• Applicant Turn Around time
OM & Reporting:
• Reports to the Ops Manager/Ops Supervisor
Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:
• A graduate in any field with 0-2 years’ experience with preferred experience in supermarkets/services counter where cash-handling is imperative
• Proficient in use of computers - word processing & spreadsheets etc.
• 6 months or more experience in Customer Service/Fresher with a successfully completed degree certificate
